Magic awaits…
This retreat is designed to guide you back to your magic—your creative power, fed by connection with yourself and the natural world.
In the last breath of spring, we'll spend the days leading up to the summer solstice in deep nourishment: silent mornings, movement, journaling, meditation, yoga nidra, song, expressive arts, group circles, and ceremonies, grounded in reverence for the land and its ancestors.
Step back from your daily responsibilities, put your phone away, and let us take good care of you. Chef-prepared meals, intentional guided practices, plenty of time to rest. We'll emerge restored, ready to live into the gifts of our time away, throughout the summer and beyond.

Our daily rhythm
We'll begin our days in silence around 7am, with coffee, tea, and snacks available. We head to the yoga dome for meditation and pranayama, gradually warming up to an active yoga and movement practice. Then breakfast, where we break our silence over a nourishing, chef-prepared meal.
After breakfast, you have time to yourself to read, rest, or wander the walking trails. We gather for a group circle or workshop at noon, then lunch together. Afternoons hold ceremonies and workshops, swims at the beach or lake, or time at the Mist Thermal Sanctuary for sauna, cold-dip, and rest cycles. We meet for dinner, followed by a restful practice to prepare you for a great night's sleep.
