Yes! I offer a free 15-minute call to see if I'm the right therapist or retreat host for you, even if you're not sure you want to book anything yet. It's a chance to share a bit about your situation and ask questions. If I'm not the right fit but know someone who might be, I'm happy to make referrals. Click here to schedule yours!

I help you understand your reactions, triggers, and symptoms with compassion. We explore why these responses developed and the purpose they've served, while acknowledging the cost they can have on your life and relationships. My goal is to help you have more say over the choices available to you—and gradually expand your capacity to take care of your needs and advocate for yourself.

Trauma-informed and embodied. I offer options throughout practice and encourage students to let their practice be a place to deeply listen to their bodies. I tend to include music, sometimes poetry, and often a couple of laughs. Yoga is rich spiritual practice, but it can be fun too.

I work primarily from a nervous system lens, which is especially supportive for adults experiencing prolonged stress, trauma, and burnout. I have extensive experience with survivors of childhood and sexual abuse, including human trafficking survivors. I work with teenagers (16+) and adults of varying generations, genders, sexual orientations, abilities, races, and cultural identities.

Our first session is an intake where my goal is to get to know you and understand what's happening in your life. I'll ask about your mental, physical, and social wellbeing, and we'll explore what brings you to therapy. You're always welcome to say "no thank you" to any topics you're not ready to discuss. We move at your pace.
