Magic awaits…
Our retreat begins under the dark moon (also called the new moon), when the visible sliver of the moon disappears from view. Energetically, this is a slower, quieter time in the moon cycle that calls us inwards into restful and reflective practices that tap us into our intuition and replenish our energy.
Intentionally reconnecting with the moon cycles is a way of finding our way back to our place in the fabric of nature. Much like the seasons, we too oscillate between times of higher, more productive, outward energy and times of slower, more restful, introspective times.
We will explore lunar energy through silent mornings, slow movement practices, yin and restorative yoga, rest practices, deep listening and reflection, group circles and a releasing ceremony.
The insights gathered in our quiet time together will be carried home as intentions and seeds that you can plant, nourish and grow as the visible sliver of the moon expands. 🌙
