Healing together

Sanctuary offers a ceremonial space lovingly created to wrap us in warmth and care while we move through personal and collective heartaches.

Your grief, anger, and sadness is welcome here. We’ll practice reclaiming our power and agency through creativity, choice, and community.

In our mini-retreat experience, we’ll explore:

  • collective altar making

  • trauma-informed yoga asana practice

  • journalling and reflection

  • group sharing

  • guided rest practice

Our asana practice will be active and warming, with options provided so that you can meet your body where it is throughout.

Cassie Connor

Hi, I'm Cassie. I'm a yoga teacher, certified yoga therapist (C-IAYT) and Canadian certified counsellor (CCC) with over a decade of training in trauma, yoga and healing.

Community healing spaces are essential. So much of the magic happens in coming together with shared experiences—hearing other group members share can help us in ways we didn't even know we needed.

Ally Trick

Hi, I’m Alyssa (Ally). I am an Ontario certified educator and yoga teacher (320hr) with over a decade of experience in education, life promotion, and trauma-informed programming across Canada.

I believe that connecting with our relations, the land, and our collective care community allows us to show up authentically and be met exactly where we are. I am deeply grateful to share this space and energy with you.
